After much press speculation, Shakira has confirmed her relationship with Spanish footballer Gerard Pique.
The Colombian singer, 34, posted a romantic photo on Twitter, showing the pair at a beach setting with their arms wrapped around each other.
Accompanying the picture, she wrote: "I present to you my sunshine."
Shakira and the sports star, 24, became the subject of intense media speculation when they were spotted holding hands in Barcelona earlier this month.
They first met last spring while shooting the video for her World Cup songWaka Waka (This Time For Africa).
Both have previously denied the romance; at a press conference in Spain, Shakira described the reports as a "waka rumour".
The She Wolf star announced the end of her ten-year relationship with Antonio de la Rua – son of former Argentine president Fernando de la Rua – on her official website in January.
